The VICI Properties Experiential Real Estate Investments Bridge Program provided students with the opportunity to explore deal sourcing, underwriting and asset management for experiential real estate with VICI Properties professionals. The students also completed a graduate school professor-led Net Lease Investments Workshop, gaining exposure to the fundamentals of net lease investing, including lease types, key participants, essential terms, and core investment strategies.
