The program emphasizes real-world application, enabling students to design and build their own AI-powered CRE assistant tailored to investment, asset management, development, capital markets, and real estate finance use cases. By the end of the program, participants gain the skills to evaluate AI outputs for reliability, bias, and risk, while developing and testing AI solutions that can be confidently deployed in professional real estate environments.
